One of the best worsted, 100% merino wools on the market! Shepherd's Wool Worsted is made from a wonderfully soft merino top, which is the softest of sheep's wool. This yarn is worsted spun, meaning it's very very smooth and almost shiny in appearance. It will give a great stitch definition for intricate patterns such as lace, cables, and knit/purl patterns. Shepherd's Wool Worsted also felts very well.
