- Description
Join the slow fashion, handmade, maker movement by learning to crochet in our Fiber Academy: Crocheting 101 Camp. In this 2.5-hour workshop, we'll teach you how to chain, single, double, and treble crochet, introduce you to crocheting in the round (used in amigurumi to make stuffies/plushies), and help you plan your first project! Our goal is to have you leave with the confidence to tackle that first project, and if you need additional project support, you can always come back again for Quick Help or in a Bring Your Own Project class! MFY Fiber Academy workshops target youth/adolescents ages 8-17, but if they don't fit your schedule we also have weekly recurring beginner knitting classes.
Please note: Please reference our Class Policy or Help Center for more details on classes, or email classes@michiganfineyarns.com.
Cancellation Policy: For all workshops, please communicate with instructors at classes@michiganfineyarns.com ahead of the date if you’re unable to attend or call the store. Please note that class workshops are non-refundable.
