I won’t be knitting this sweater until I finish the one I’m doing. But the yarn is beautiful and is exactly the colors I wanted. I’m thrilled to find a LYS that stocks so many colors of washable yarn. I’m knitting for a grandchild and the parents are too busy to wash things with special care. But I still want to use nicer quality yarn. I will be a return customer!

Uptown DK is one of my go-to favorite yarns. As 100% acrylic it's economical and practical, but you don't sacrifice softness or workability. I've made dozens of scarves and several baby blankets and love it every time. This is not craft-store yarn. I'd never use anything else for an acrylic project if only they had exactly the colors and shades I dream up (they have some lovely colors, but sometimes I have a very particular idea and the color is not offered).
