Description

Assigned pooling is a concept popularized by Dawn Barker through her unique hand-dyed techniques and collaborations with Madelinetosh. The concept is straightforward: You work a cluster stitch when you get to the accent color. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll help you level up your knitting by giving you the confidence to tackle those cluster stitches for your assigned pooling project of choice! Dawn's latest design Eventide is perfect for a beginner and takes only one skein of the special MT x Barker Wool (ask us where they are in the shop!), but take a look at these other assigned pooling patterns by Dawn Barker and pick your preferred project.

Our goal for this workshop is to have you leave with the confidence to start your first assigned pooling project knowing you have the skills to tackle this new stitch! And fear not, if you run into some questions along the way you can always come back again for Quick Help or in a Bring Your Own Project class.

Please note: Please reference our Class Policy or Help Center for more details on classes, or email classes@michiganfineyarns.com.

Cancellation Policy: For all workshops, please communicate with instructors at classes@michiganfineyarns.com ahead of the date if you’re unable to attend or call the store. Please note that class workshops are non-refundable.
