I was in need of a couple of skeins to “fringe off” my Irish fisherman Knit Afghan ~~ my original source was OUT OF STOCK for a long time, so I went looking elsewhere.

Swaran, the owner of Michigan Fine Yarns, spent time with me on the phone to help me understand several points about yarn. She helped me pick out the proper weight and the color of yarn for my project.
I am working on the project now and I love the yarn and the color.
I was so impressed with Swaran's patience and experience. She helped me feel really great about my purchase.
I will always buy from Michigan Fine Yarns.

Made my own design for neck warmer. Made charcoal textured lining and bound off both ends using icord bind off making it reversible from checked to solid gray

Made the 2x2 hat (free ravelry) for my son. He’s an outdoorsy guy so created my own pattern for neckwarmer using red and charcoal gray Aran which reversible with three stitch i-cord bind off for finished edges. Toasted warm for Lake Huron beach hikes

Ordered some yarn for a hat I’m going to make my husband. Shipped and arrived on time. Excited to get this yarn on my needles

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of shipping. The yarn was super wash merino, I’ve never worked with it before and I enjoyed it. I made a hat for a friend. It turned out great.

This yarn was wonderful to work with! One skein was just just enough to make a pair of men’s large mittens. I would definitely recommend this as well as choose it again!

I love using this yarn. I used it to make this scarf and will be using it to make 3 more in different colors and then will use for other projects.

This yarn is perfect and it arrived so quickly!

Using this to make a scarf and it's a great yarn to work with.

Great yarn to work with. My first natural fiber and I'm hooked, pun intended.

The Cascade Aran yarn is absolutely amazing. Th softness and durability is appealing. The yarn shows off any pattern stitches beautifully. I am currently making hats to donate to Massachusetts General hospital cancer unit. I will send photos of the variety of hats that were made with the cascade yarn. I am shooting for late September to finish the hats.
