The only problem I had was the wrapper around 2 of the scans of yarn were stuck with glue to the yarn. I tried a hair dryer to see if that would get the glue off. It didn't. Any suggestions on how to deal with this problem?

I have only just begun a baby blanket and so far the wool seems as expected. I have made a number of baby blankets from this type of wool. I liked the ones with shades of the same color. eg blues and white, pinks and white variations in yellow but I did not see any if these on your website. It’s possible they no longer make them. T. I purchased Plymouth yarn 4 years ago for a baby blanket I was making for my niece's fist baby. Well, work and life got in the way of completing the project. l Move ahead 4 years and another boy will arrive in April! I am retired now, and decided to complete the blanket for the new arrival. I was not sure I would have enough yarn to finish. So I went online looking for yarn stores that carried Plymouth yarns. The first one I came to did not have the same yarn, however your store did. I couldn't believe it ; I was certain I would not find the same yarn after all this time. I will definitely return to Michigan Fine Yarns in the future!

When I knit baby afghans , I prefer to use Plymouth Encore yarn and you had a good selection to choose from. The ordering process and the communication about when my order was picked and shipped was great. The yarn arrived in good condition and was what I expected. The only downside was 6 of the skeins were of one dyelot and 7th skein was a different number. I had always been told to be sure the dyelot numbers were all the same as there can be a slight variation between numbers. As I am making an afghan, I hope that there is not a noticeable difference. Other than that, I was please with my order.

This review is for Plymouth Encore Worsted yarn of every type which I really enjoy using in my knitting projects. There are so many beautiful colors and because it’s not 100% wool it is machine washable and can be put in a dryer.

I did not use the Encore Colorspun "Ocean Drift" because I didn't like how it was predominantly gray and this was for a baby (boy) blanket. Fortunately I had ordered the Periwinkle Heather from you also and ended up purchasing the Encore Colorspun "Rainbow," after much deliberation, at a yarn shop in NYC. I'm very happy with the results. Am halfway through with the blanket and did take a photo of it shortly after I began the blanket.
