Camden Sweater Knit-Along with Blue Sky Fibers
Cast on this summer with Blue Sky Fibers for a fresh and timeless knit.
From June 2 through August 31, Blue Sky Fibers is hosting the Camden Sweater Knit-Along (KAL), a relaxed, community-focused opportunity to knit a lightweight striped sweater using Organic Cotton Sport yarn.
This knit-along is a great chance to work on a classic piece while building skills and engaging with makers across the country.
About the Camden Sweater
The Camden Sweater is a modern take on the classic nautical stripe. It features thoughtful color blocking at the yoke and lower sleeves and is knit from the top down in the round. Designed to be soft, breathable, and easy to wear, it’s the kind of sweater that transitions seamlessly between seasons.
The original design uses three colors of Blue Sky Fibers Organic Cotton Sport yarn, but it also works beautifully in a solid color. The pattern includes sizes from XS to 5XL and allows for customization in both sleeve and body length
What Participants Will Learn
This KAL is a great opportunity for advanced beginner and intermediate knitters looking to grow their skills. Throughout the project, participants will build confidence with:
