Welcome to another exciting learn along hosted by our friends at Blue Sky Fibers! We are excited to learn along with you while making the cute (and creepy!) Fright & Delight Baubles designed by Mary Pranica!

Supported by tutorials and helpful videos, the Fright & Delight Baubles are ideal for advanced beginner+ knitters and anyone excited to add new techniques to their toolboxes! The learn along begins August 3 and runs through September 8!

Materials

The Fright & Delight Baubles calls for one Woolstok (Worsted) Mini Bundle. In addition to your yarn, you will need US size 6 double pointed needles (or preferred needle for small circumference knitting), and a tapestry needle.

We have Fright & Delight Mini Bundles available to make the baubles shown in the pattern. We also have the Holiday Cheer, Fall Festival, and Holiday Frost mini bundles that are shown to inspire your creativity for other bauble designs!

Pattern

The pattern for the Fright & Delight baubles will be available as a free download on blueskyfibers.com as well as Ravelry during the learn along. It will be a paid pattern after the event as ended.

Assistance

If you want to participate but are anxious about some of the techniques being used, we have a variety of resources available to help you through the pattern! Our instructors schedule BYOP (Bring Your Own Project) sessions as well as Quick Help times which are great opportunities to learn a new skill or navigate a particularly tricky technique.

Not able to make it in to see us? We offer Virtual Stitch Sessions with our instructors who can guide you through the steps from the comfort of your own home!

Tutorials

In addition to personalized help from our instructors, we have video tutorials online at MFY+ (our YouTube channel)! 

Blue Sky Fibers will also be posting video tutorials as part of the learn along event. You will find those tutorials on their YouTube channel as well as their Vimeo channel. You can also check back each day for the latest link!

Community
