Harvest Fingering by Urth Yarns is a naturally dyed, fingering-weight yarn made from 100% superwash extrafine Merino wool, hand-dyed using roots, fruits, and nuts by skilled Turkish artisans. Each colorway is named after the plant-based dye source, offering a truly earthy, organic tone and depth.
With a smooth, plied construction and crisp stitch definition, Harvest Fingering is perfect for lightweight accessories, shawls, cardigans, and year-round layering pieces. The result is a soft, breathable yarn that’s both easy to care for and rich in story, connecting natural elements to your handmade creations.
Urth Yarns is a family-owned company based in Turkey, known for their richly hued, hand-dyed yarns created in studios in Istanbul and Mersin. Their mission combines ethical production, support for women artisans, and sustainability. Through a partnership with Trees for the Future, a tree is planted for every skein sold, making each project a contribution to reforestation.
Hand-dyed yarns have subtle variations that cause colors to vary from skein to skein. As this is a natural part of the process, please note there may be differences between the yarn images shown and the yarn received. To counteract this, we encourage all crafters to buy enough yarn for their entire project at one time.
