La Mondiola Wrap: Pattern Notes
La Mondiola is a simply-shaped wrap that is worked seamlessly from end to end, using three colors of incredibly soft Malabrigo Arroyo - a 100% Superwash Merino Wool in a sport weight.
Errata:
Please note that on the original pattern release, S2KP was explained incorrectly in the the abbreviations section. The correct technique is: Slip 2 stitches as if to knit 2 together, remove the marker, k1, pass 2 slip stitches over k1, replace the stitch marker.
Comments:
Some knitters are finding that they are running out of or coming close to running out of Color B and/or Color C. A few thoughts on yarn management!
Create an unblocked gauge swatch! (Leaving it unblocked will allow you to measure and then unravel the swatch to use the yarn in your project!) Gauge is usually less critical for shawls and wraps as they are not fitted garments. If your gauge does not match that used in the pattern, however, the amount of yarn used will not match. For example:
