Pattern Information
The Perennial Trunk Show features eight garment and accessory designs with both colorwork and textured stitches. We've shared more about these projects below, but you can also view the collection in its entirety on Kelbourne Woolen's website.
Courtney Kelley has taken a pattern style that was popular in the 1930s-1950s and given it a modern makeover. Buttons along the shoulders make dressing a breeze and the eyelets and texture will pop with Perennial!
A vintage inspired set that Courtney Kelley designed to be as functional as it is cute! Keep it light for a traditional look or use color to put your own spin on it!
Kate Gagnon Osborn took the triangle lace shawl and reimagined it as a trendy pop that will make any outfit shine. The pattern consists of three separate sections: a cable and alternating lace, an every row lace, and a geometric border.
Lightweight and lacey, designer Courtney Kelley has created a triangle shaped shawl that begins at the center and increases on either edge. Sections are charted, and Kelbourne Woolens has a tutorial on working from charts if you're new to that pattern format!
Hearts, stripes and dots, oh my! This little sweater is so cute and the stranded color work is simply adorable. Kate Gagnon Osborn has designed this to have a button on the neck to allow for extra head room during changes!
Black yarn is stunning, but it may be hard to appreciate the texture in Courtney Kelley's cardigan in this photo. There is a textured design of purl bump chevrons crisscrossing this cardigan that make a special fabric that is extra cozy!
Designer Courtney Kelley has taken the traditional dolman sweater shape and given it a bold striped makeover. Worked from the bottom up to the arms and joined at the shoulders with a three-needle bind off, this is a comfortable top with structure in all the right places.
This sweater is fit for royalty! Adapted from the Fairytale Baby Book pamphlet by Susan Bates, designer Kate Gagnon Osborn has given the classic pullover a modern twist. Pun intended.
