About Kelbourne Woolens
Kelbourne Woolens has been crafting classic, high-quality yarns since 2008. Founded by Courtney Kelley and Kate Gagnon Osborn, lifelong knitters with deep roots in the fiber world. The brand is known for producing affordable staples that inspire makers of all kinds. Their GOTS-certified warehouse ensures environmentally responsible practices, and their ongoing support of diverse community organizations reflects a strong commitment to social impact and sustainability.

What We Carry
We stock eight of Kelbourne Woolens wonderful yarns: Camper, Cricket, Germantown, Germantown DK, Harmony, Lucky Tweed, Scout. and Perennial We also carry Perennial minis. Kelbourne Woolens' yarns are consciously crafted to be high quality and sustainable. Let's look at each one individually!
Camper - 100% Wool
This fingering weight heathered beauty is a lighter weight version of Kelbourne Woolens' beloved Scout! It's a 2-ply wool that's spun for strength but has the softness to balance out the utility and durability! Great for colorwork!
Cricket - 100% Wool
Cricket is a fingering weight, single-ply Donegal tweed that is spun and dyed in Ireland. Even the most vanilla projects will look stunning with the rich texture and visual interest created by the tweedy flecks. Wonderful for cables and textured patterns!

Germantown - 100% North American Wool
Germantown is a worsted weight yarn steeped in American craft history. First developed in Philadelphia in the early 1800s, Germantown remains a symbol of quality and tradition. Made from 100% North American wool and spun and dyed in North Carolina, this yarn offers a soft, springy hand, excellent stitch definition, and a timeless feel. Great for cables and colorwork!
Germantown DK - 100% North American Wool
A lighter weight version of classic Germantown, this DK edition features the same history of 100% North American Wool that is dyed in the United States. Enjoy the same durability, crisp stitch definition and generous yardage while creating cables, textured fabrics and stunning colorwork!

Harmony - 72% Kid Mohair, 28% Mulberry Silk
Harmony is a lace weight yarn that brings elegance and softness to any project. The delicate texture makes for ethereal fabric on its own, but it can also add warmth and versatility when held with another yarn. Ideal for warm garments and accessories.

Lucky Tweed - 100% Merino Wool
Lucky Tweed is a rustic 2-ply aran/worsted weight yarn that has contrasting color flecks to add dimension to your projects. The structure of this yarn lends itself well to patterns you want to snuggle up in from blankets to sweaters and beyond. Fantastic choice for colorwork and lace designs.

Perennial - 60% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Suri Alpaca, 15% Nylon
Perennial is an easy going, super soft fingering weight that you're going to love immediately. The drapey fabric it creates is wonderful next to skin, and the colors are a mix of bright happy shades and moodier jewel tones. Perennial is going to quickly become your go to for garments, baby projects, and even socks!

Scout - 100% Wool
Scout is a robust DK weight wool that spins together Corriedale and Merino fibers for strength and special tactile appeal. The durability of this yarn does not outshine its beauty with a range of hearty yet sophisticated colors. Scout is perfect for classic garment and accessory projects.
